RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
** Please allow there might be 1-3cm differences in the measurement given due to different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurement given in our products and compare with your existing clothing for best fit. Otherwise please email us your stat to gauge your best fit. Besides, Colour of products may vary due to studio lighting used thus please allow 20% of colour variation in real products as compare to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry / alignment / slight colour patches for each piece, and return due to this reason is not considered a defect. **
Normal price items are exchangeable within 21days from your invoice date. Returns can only be made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
Return/ Exchange item must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered or defective merchandise with all original tags attached to the item and any related accessories. Exchange is strictly subject to stocks available. Any shoes returned must be returned in their original box.
WE WILL NOT accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged, or defective other than manufacturing defect. In other words, incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered retired or anything we reasonably believe has been worn or used, will not be accepted. Please also note that merchandise that is damaged as a result of wear or tear are not considered to be faulty or defective.
If the item that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can either choose to exchange to any other item, subject to stock ability. If the item you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, you shall pay for the excess; in other cases, if the price item you wish to exchange is lower than the price of the returned item, NO CASH refund policy shall apply.
* STRICTLY NO exchange for items sold under Flat Price, Mark Down and Stock Clearance items, which you will see the terms [ NOT VALID FOR EXCHANGE ] in the invoice. *
If in our sole opinion, the goods you have returned to us are not faulty or damaged, and correctly correspond to the description displayed on our website OR they have not been returned in accordance with our return policies OR they have not been returned in accordance within the relevant returned period from receipt of order, you will not be entitled to an exchange and we will return the goods to you at your costs and expenses.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT items that you purchased from our online store are unable to make any exchange or return through our RETAIL STORE. * Meaning you may only return/exchange your item through courier back to our warehouse.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR RETURN REQUEST :
Sign in to your account and select my account
Click on ‘MY ORDERS’ and choose your order number containing the items you want to return and follow by click on ‘VIEW ORDER’
Click ‘Return‘ and fill in your CONTACT DETAILS and ‘Return Items Information’
Click ‘Submit’ once you complete
You will receive an email from us and our customer service team will contact you.
The goods are your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure it is packed properly and securely to avoid any damages. All items will be inspected on return. As we try to accept all returns, should an item that is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your cost or dispose it accordingly. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange. We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchanges received after 21days of the invoice date. Furthermore, we reserve the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy guidelines, in which event, we shall return the merchandise to you at your expense. You are required to pay the shipping and all return charges within 14 days upon notification, falling which you shall be deemed no longer interested in the merchandise and the same shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insured you for the value of the goods. Please remember to keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference. We will not be taking any responsibility for items lost in return transit.
